"No, But..." To Life?
Learning the Dance of "Flow with Life"
As I was preparing to sit
down and write the September newsletter, my beautiful fifteen-year-old daughter, Taylor, came into the room. She was
asking my opinion on something and as I started to respond, she jumped in quickly with "No, but Mom, you..." I suddenly was
hit with a flashback of all the "No, but Moms" I have been hearing lately. I would say, "Why don't you look at it this way?"
She would respond, "No, but Mom, you don't know, see, feel!" (All different adjectives describing my inadequate viewpoint
on the subject) So, I did what any clairvoyant, energy-reading mother would do - I started dancing the "No, but
Mom" Dance. This is done by moving your body and having your arms stretched out with your hands in the STOP position. I then
informed Taylor that she must now address me with my new name. "No, but Mom..." She stood there dumbfounded.
I saw her energy field expanding, reaching for a reply, but she couldn't come up with an answer to someone reflecting
back to her a "No, but" energy posture.
Just think of how many of
us say "No, but" to life throughout the day. We get a nudge from spirit to change jobs and then we start just like my daughter
did -"No, but" what about my pension, insurance, etc. Or we are in a toxic relationship we know is affecting us and yet
we think, "No, but"... the children, the house, my security. We have all done this at one time in our lives. We
are still saying "No, but" to life if we are struggling in any department of our life.
I wrote that August was the
month of action and that we are experiencing accelerated times. What does that mean and how does that affect you? In
every tradition of spirituality, there is one common theme. "You can do this too and more. With the faith of a mustard
seed, you can move a mountain. We are the ones we have been waiting for." There is an acceleration of these kinds of messages.
The common theme is that they are implying that we are all Masters! This acceleration is about internal and external;
changes in our lives that profoundly affect our daily life. I see it energetically as the earth is being showered with beautiful,
crystal energy "washings" and we are also individually being "washed" with this same crystal energy. These "washings" help
us release from old patterns of behavior and thought forms both personally and globally.
We have it "written" in our
DNA that this is the time when we will be creating a New Earth. I clairvoyantly see that all the inhabitants of our planet
lined up, of our own volition, to be born at this particular time in history; a time where we can create peace, joy and loving
abundance for all. We all know this deep within our subconscious. And so we are being asked to re-examine our lives. Are you
feeling that you are sitting on the throne of your Divine Birthright? Do you know that your birthright is to have bliss and
love in every aspect of your life? Are you expanding with peace, bliss and joy? Or are you saying "No, but..." or "I'll get
to that part when..." When we do the "No, but" Dance, we are energetically putting stop signs in front of our energy fields
which create blocks to manifesting our heart's desires. These blocks will eventually flow into other aspects of our lives because
that's the way energy flows. The block energy gets bigger and bigger creating what looks like "dams" in our energy fields.
When it happens, we feel like we are damned to dis-empowering situations. Our mental bodies or our minds fill our heads with
excuses and fears scaring us into staying in the same unproductive situations.
When I work with people
during private sessions, radio shows or classes, I can see within them their heart's desires, but also those old patterns that
make those desires seem so hard to achieve, similar to the Brass ring outside of them where you constantly struggle to achieve
anything. But that is the illusion. Nothing is outside of us. All the answers we are seeking are within us. We are now being
asked to become very clear and put action (energy) into looking at our own "No, buts", to see where we are saying no to life
or not accepting our birthright. We have the tools to release from those old patterns.
We are being asked to learn
a new dance- it's the real dance of the Masters -the "Flow with Life" Dance. To learn this dance, you must use the right
steps- RELEASE (from old patterns), ALLOW (expansion and growth) and FLOW (feel the pulse of God). The "Flow with Life"
Dance has all the right moves at the right pace. It is fun and easy and reminds all of us why we lined
up to be here. September is about stepping into action with the "Flow with Life" Dance.

radio shows weekly and are thrilled to be able to connect with people from all over the world. We are also excited about creating
a weekly gathering, connecting space where we can communicate via tele-conferencing to help remind each other to "Flow
